William Boyd Printing site sold for $1.3M - Portland Business Journal:

Ltd., an affiliate of Cos. in Clifton closed on the $1.3 million purchase on June 3. Cass Hill intendse to convert theformer 1.3-acre industrial site at 39-49i Sheridan Ave. into an office/retail/residentiapl project. The property is locaterd behindthe & Suites on Chapel Street, near the heart of the city’ds entertainment district. Tony Sabatino of representedx the seller. Cass Hill was represented by Eileejn Lindbergof /Albany. Marc H. Paquin, presidentf of Cass Hill Development Cos., couldn’t be reacher for comment. Cass Hill owns severapl properties downtown, including a 30,000-square-foot office buildinb on Monroe Street across from the formerprintingt plant.
Boyd Printing filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcuy protection inSeptember 2005. A federa l bankruptcy judge in March 2008 approved the sale of the buildinges to help satisfythe company’s Some of the company’s assets were purchased by Carl an officer at Boyd Printing, who openes a separate corporation, Inc., in Colonie. Previouz deals for the Sheridan Avenue property fizzled before Cass Hill signed a purchase contracttlast year.
