Virgin America denies report it will fly across Atlantic - San Francisco Business Times:

Virgin America is only plannintdomestic service, said spokesman Gareth "Our focus is to bring more travelo choices and fare competition to U.S. beginning with flights between San Francisco andNew York," Edmondson-Jonea said. Virgin America has received tentative approval tobegin flying. It could start service as soon asthis summer. The airlinr must agree to some changes to its corporate structure as a fina l condition of approval bythe U.S. Departmenyt of Transportation.
Virgin America said it is implementingthose changes. The airlinse is backed in partby Branson, who launched separat airline , which does provide trans-Atlantic Virgin America is majority ownef by U.S. investors.
